Do you offer additional discounts on volume purchases?

Yes, except for sale items, all of our products are discounted based on the quantity you purchase. It costs us less to fill a larger dollar order than a smaller one so we offer you that savings as a price discount. If your order is over $2,000 we may be able to cut your cost even further. Volume Freight Quote:

In most cases volume orders will ship more economically via truck (common carrier). If you would like an estimated shipping cost please provide us with the destination zip code and we'll include it in our quotation.

Do you offer samples for approval before I purchase a large quantity?

Yes, we have two ways you can get a no charge sample for evaluation prior to commiting to a large purchase. First, if your interested in one of our products that's less than $10.00 each, we'll send it out at no charge (not including shipping charges). Or, if the item is $10.00 each or more we'll charge you the cost and offer a credit equal to the value of the sample when a volume order is placed. How can I get my order guaranteed to arrive by a certain date?

If your display is needed for an event or project deadline and you need it by a certain date, we will do all we can to make sure your request is filled. If you're in the planning stages and just want to confirm the status of an item and how long it may take to get to a particular destination email or call us and we would be happy to assist you.

FIRST: choose a shipping method on the order form that best suits your time frame.

Note: Orders that are submitted with "Air Freight Shipping" (3rd Day, 2nd Day or Next Day) will usually ship the next business day. Ground shipments usually ship 1-3 days from time of order depending on quantity and type of product. If for some reason we cannot ship your Air Freight order the next business day we will notify you within 2 hours of receiving the order.

SECOND: In the comments box of the order form tell us the date you need it by. We'll make sure it happens or advise you immediately.

Will sales tax be added to my order

We are required to collect 7% New Jersey Sales Tax on any order with a New Jersey shipping address that is not for resale. If your shipping to a NJ address and you're reselling items purchased from us, we won't charge sales tax providing you send us a completed and signed NJ-ST3 form. Forms can be faxed to us at 609 644-2445.

What if my order is wrong or damaged?

We do our best to package your items as well as possible and to be as thorough as we can. Unfortunately there are sometimes problems with items getting damaged in transit or human errors in shipping. All we ask is that you contact us to let us know. We will do our best to make sure your problem is solved promptly. We want to make sure your order is correct and that you are happy. What if an item I ordered is not in stock?

If in the unlikely event an item your order is not in stock we will notify you immediately. Usually the most you'll have to wait is about a week. We will advise you how long your back-ordered item will take to ship. You always have the option of canceling any back ordered item with no restocking charge up until the time it ships.

Do I have any other protection against fraud?

Our store is hosted by Yahoo! and so you would automatically be covered by the Yahoo! Buyer Protection Program which provides up to $1,000 of fraud protection (not receiving a product or receiving a substantially different product than ordered). You can read more here.

Am I charged before my order ships?

We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready and available to ship. If your items are back ordered then you will not be charged until all the items are ready to ship.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

Occasionally we may need to ship one or more items from a different location(s). If you only receive a part of your order and your order was not requested to be shipped via air, then the rest of your items should be received within a day or two.

What if I prefer not to use my credit card on the internet?

No problem. You can still order from us without having to enter your complete credit card information on our web site:

Call us with your credit card number:
At checkout, you will have the option of selecting "I will call with my credit card" in the payment method section. Simply complete your order with all your information except for your credit card number, expiration date, and cardholder security verification number and give us a call when you are ready to proceed. We will take your credit card information over the phone for you and process your order through our secure servers.

Pay via PayPal:
At checkout, you will have the option of selecting "PayPal" in the payment method section. Simply complete your order and select "PayPal" in the payment method section. When you process your order you will be taken to the PayPal secure login to access your PayPal account and process your payment information. You will then be directed to return to our checkout to complete your order.

Pay via Purchase Order:
We will accept purchase orders ($100. minimum) from well rated established businesses, public institutions, government agencies. Payment terms for open accounts are net 30 days from date of shipment, upon approval of credit. To establish a credit account, please submit a completed credit application form. Forms can be downloaded here or contact us and we'll fax or E-mail a copy. Please allow 24 hours for processing this information.

Mail a Check or Money Order:
If you would like to send us a check or money order for your order, simply process your order and choose "Mail check or money order" in the payment method section. When sending your check or money order, be sure to include the check or money order (including shipping) made payable to Display-World. Please include either a print-out your order, the Display-World order number or include a list of the products you wish to order and your shipping address, contact information and telephone number. Orders via Money Order will be shipped out upon receipt. Orders via Check will be shipped when the check clears your bank (usually within 10 business days). Please make sure that the total is correct including shipping charges where applicable. Send checks or money orders to:

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently we are only able to accept money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check.

Wire Transfer:
At checkout, you will have the option of selecting "Wire Transfer" in the payment method section. Simply complete your order and select "Wire Transfer" in the payment method section. When you process your order you can then call our sales department where you will be given transfer instructions. Please be aware that wire transfer services will include additional fees from both the sending and receiving banks and this method is intended for orders over $500.00.

Guarantee Details:

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Display-World.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Display-World.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Display-World.com while using our secure server.
